崗位職責：

1、Be responsible for the evaluation of EMC related projects of automotive electronics, develop the test plan, and arrange the test.

負責汽車電子EMC相關項目評估，制定測試計劃，安排測試；

2、Manage and control the project test progress, and complete the product test with high quality within the required time according to the test plan.

管理和控制項目測試進度，根據測試計劃在要求時間內高質量完成產品的測試；

3、Development and interpretation of EMC technical standards for automotive electronics.

汽車電子EMC技術標準開發和解讀；

4、Provide technical support, and provide technical training for internal departments and customers.

提供技術支持，并給部門內部和客戶提供技術培訓。

崗位要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical, automation, electromechanical integration, communication or automotive engineering. More than 2 years working experience in EMC laboratory or RF product testing is preferred, and environmental reliability testing experience is preferred

本科及以上學歷, 電子、電氣、自動化、機電一體化、通訊或汽車工程等相關專業。在電磁兼容實驗室或射頻產品測試有2年以上工作經驗者優先，有環境可靠性測試經驗者優先；

2、Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and electromagnetic fields, and basic understanding of EMC regulations.

具備電子線路及電磁場的基礎知識，對EMC法規的解讀基本掌握；

3、Basic knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility principle, electromagnetic compatibility standard, electromagnetic compatibility test and measurement.

具備電磁兼容原理、電磁兼容標準、電磁兼容試驗和測量方面的基本知識；

4、Familiar with common electronic and electrical test instruments.

熟悉常用的電子電氣測試儀表；

5、Highly motivated, good at communication, strong pressure bearing ability, steady and steady, with good team spirit.

積極性高，善于溝通，承壓能力強，穩重踏實，具有良好的團隊協作精神；

6、Good English reading and writing skills.

具備良好的英語讀、寫能力；

7、Able to accept overtime arrangements and settle with overtime allowance.

能接受加班安排，以加班補貼結算。
